How did this local company become known for its high achieving accolades?  To answer that question, I must introduce the Founder of Plus Property Management, Lawnae Hunter. In 1983 this highly ambitious woman embarked on a journey to serve her Central Coast Community in the field of property management.  

As a successful realtor and broker, Lawnae knew full well the challenges many people face within the housing market. So, with her entrepreneurial spirit leading the way, she set out to serve two very different demographics: those desiring to rent a home rather than buy or sell a property and those who wanted to rent out their property. Lawnae was confident she could offer both parties a great experience and that she has. Hence, Plus Property Management was born! 

Lawnae’s mission and mindset are authentically aligned with her core values both personally and professionally, which she has intentionally passed down to each staff member that works in her company. They are as follows:
