The South County Chambers of Commerce is thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of The Records Rack, a charming and much-needed addition to the Nipomo community. Nestled off West Dana Street, this clean, organized, and cozy store is every music lover’s dream. Whether you’re hunting for classic vinyl, trading your collection, or just exploring, The Records Rack promises you won’t leave empty-handed.

The Chamber recently hosted a delightful ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome The Records Rack to the business community. Guests were treated to delicious desserts provided by a local home baker, while new customers eagerly explored the store’s impressive collection of records, CDs, and tapes. Beyond the music, the store also offers fun band t-shirts and quality posters—perfect for decorating your bedroom, office, or business.

What sets The Records Rack apart is its sense of possibility and community. The store features a small stage for local artists, creating a vibrant space where music and connection come alive. On Saturday, January 18th, local musician Chris Beland kicked off the store’s live music offerings with a fantastic performance. Customers of all ages enjoyed his melodies while sipping coffee and browsing the racks.

The Records Rack is more than a music store—it’s a destination. With delicious dining options nearby, you can turn a visit into an evening outing. Explore the treasures in the shop, enjoy the live music, and then treat yourself to a great meal at one of Nipomo’s local restaurants.

Taste the Tradition: Luca's Deli & Wine Joins The Village

The South County Chambers of Commerce is delighted to announce the grand opening of Luca's Deli & Wine, a family-owned gem bringing authentic Sicilian flavors to The Village in Arroyo Grande. Located at 134 W Branch Street, Luca's offers a dining experience reminiscent of a traditional Italian café, complete with fresh, flavorful dishes and a welcoming atmosphere.

With nearly a century of culinary tradition behind it, Luca's Deli & Wine is a testament to the D’alo family's passion for food and hospitality. Leading the kitchen is Chef Genuino (Jerry) D’alo, who brings over 30 years of experience as a chef and restaurateur. A Bay Area favorite, Jerry has earned recognition for his exceptional culinary talents, running two acclaimed restaurants and earning features on programs like Check Please, Bay Area and Little Big Italy. His award-winning recipes have also been highlighted in publications like Buon Appetito Magazine and endorsed in the Michelin Star Guide, further cementing his reputation as a master of Sicilian cuisine.

The Chamber recently celebrated Luca's grand opening with a vibrant ribbon-cutting ceremony. Supervisor Jimmy Paulding, Mayor Caren Ray-Russom, City Manager Matt Downing, and Chamber board members joined community members to welcome the D’alo family to Arroyo Grande. Guests mingled, enjoyed complimentary appetizers, and got a glimpse of the authentic culinary experience Luca's has to offer.

Luca's Deli & Wine is open Wednesday through Monday, from 9 AM to 8 PM, and closed on Tuesdays. Whether you're stopping by for a morning cappuccino and pastry, indulging in a delicious panini for lunch, or savoring authentic Sicilian desserts and aperitive in the evening, Luca's has something for everyone.
