MISSION DRIVEN HEARTS
A sentiment that describes poignantly and profoundly the Community Health Centers (CHC) of our Central Coast. As I walked through the doors of the health center located at 2120 Cienega St., Oceano, Ca., I was greeted with warm genuine smiles and a sense of authentic compassion that emanated from each staff member. Instantly I could see that those who serve at CHC are truly DRIVEN by their HEARTS. 

As the 4th of July is fast approaching our commerce world is gearing up for the anticipated tourism revenue that it will bring. 😊 We are very grateful to those who choose to spend their holiday season with us here on the central coast. It is also a day that we celebrate the independence of the UNITED States of America. Just as we rely on tourism to infuse our communities with much needed revenue for continued growth, Americans have always needed ONE ANOTHER to create a STRONG nation.

MEMORIAL DAY – A Day that” WE THE PEOPLE “of the United States of America had an opportunity to express our HONOR and GRATITUDE for the men and women who have bravely served in our military over the years, whether domestically or abroad.

LOCAL SUPPORT….to give assistance in a practical way to those in your community!
The appreciation of LOCAL SUPPORT was the sentiment conveyed to me by John Kuebler, owner of a NEW electric bike rental, sales and apparel shop, “COASTAL VIBES “, located at 170 W. Grand Ave, Suite 102, Grover Beach, Ca. (next-door to our well-known local diner Grover Station Grill) I recently had the pleasure of meeting John and hearing what inspired him to open his electric bike and apparel shop in Grover Beach.

That’s the HEARTBEAT of people like SLO County resident Amelia Stephens, Vocational Specialist for a life changing organization known as TMHA. (Transitional Mental Health Association) May is Mental Health Awareness Month, but I think we all would agree that mental health is a subject that we should always be compassionate toward. INSPIRED– It’s the feeling you get when you see or experience something that TRULY brings joy to your heart! That is exactly how I would describe Marina, the owner of Truly Gifted, a professional gifting company in our quaint town of Nipomo, Ca. Marina Garcia began GIFTING the Central Coast with her presence in early 2020.
