JACK’ S LIFE MISSION IS SOWING SEEDS OF HOPE!
HOPE…It’s a word that holds much weight and is so very crucial when we are being faced with circumstances that bring unspeakable sorrow. The little boy I have the privilege of highlighting today I will only meet face to face when I too reach Heaven’s gates.

SIGNED, SEALED and DELIVERED!
This familiar mantra is the cornerstone statement of any reputable Notary Public throughout history! This week I am pleased to highlight a woman in our community that radiates not only a kind spirit but more importantly has a solid reputation that she built on her integrity.

HOME IS WHERE OUR HEART IS!
Owning a HOME…. the American dream since the 1960’s! 😊 These mere words paint a picture of stability, security and connection with others. HOME is where memories are made, children are raised, marriages mature, friends and family gather, and where we cultivate the social graces that help us navigate a world of unknown influences.

Come and SEE under the SEA
Do you recall the movie “The Little Mermaid “? It was a sweet, animated story that exposed the concept of a whole unique world that exists UNDER THE SEA! GOODNESS GRACIOUS….
I could almost hear the words coming out of the mouth of the Kiwanis Club member as he was asked boldly and respectfully to pay a $10 fine to the Kangaroo Court Judge and reigning Club President Mike Britton. Apparently, it is an unofficial crime to have one’s phone ring when a guest is delivering a presentation.

UNBRIDLED ENTHUSIASM
This poetic sentiment is how I would describe my encounter with Caprice Arkell, co-owner of the spectacular Varian Equestrian Center located at 1275 Corbett Canyon Rd, Arroyo Grande, Ca. 93420. Simon and Caprice Arkell purchased this sprawling beautiful 200-acre horse ranch in the summer of 2023 after serendipitously viewing it on the Zillow site.

PASSION & THE JOY OF ART
From the moment I met Eric and Jill Von Berg I sensed the genuineness of their hearts and their passion for life. However, it is when I had the pleasure of being welcomed into their art gallery, simply named” The Gallery,” located at 213 E. Branch St. Arroyo Grande, Ca. 93420, that I truly witnessed their smiles light up the room. As I gazed around the gallery hall, with its vaulted ceilings and edgy architectural structures,
